Open Wine Tasting
Experience the world of wine at UbbeVin
As something new, we invite you to shared wine tastings in our cozy old stable. Here you will receive an introduction to different types of wine, grape varieties, and wine regions – presented in an approachable way with room for both curiosity and deeper exploration.
This year we have planned four tastings, each with its own theme. You can come together with good friends or colleagues – or participate on your own and meet other wine enthusiasts.
The tastings are designed so that both beginners and more experienced wine enthusiasts will have an inspiring and educational experience.

Our sommeliers, Andy and Jens, will guide you through the evening. They introduce the wines and the grape varieties, talk about how the wines are made, and help put words to the flavors, aromas, and structure.
Each tasting has its own focus, so you can attend several events and gradually expand your knowledge of wine.
Practical information:
The wine tastings begin at 5:00 PM and end around 8:00 PM.
We typically taste 7 different wines, and of course there will be an opportunity to taste the wines again during the evening.
During the tasting, a large cheese and charcuterie board from Valby Ostelager will be served, accompanied by bread.
The price for food, wine, and instruction is DKK 750 incl. VAT. Payment is made upon registration.
